What I collect

From the contact form: your name, email, business or website, what you need, your message, and how you found the site (the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link).

From quote requests and orders: the files you upload, your delivery address and phone number if you give them, and the details of your order.

If you create an account: your name, email and sign-in details. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. If you sign in with Google, I receive your name and email from Google.

Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

Why

To reply to you, quote and do the work, deliver it, send you updates about your order, and keep the records the tax office requires. I don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Your details, orders and account are stored in a MongoDB database, uploaded files in Cloudflare R2, and emails are sent through Resend. The site is hosted on Render. Some of these services store data outside Australia.

Access to your information is limited to me and the services above.

AI tools

I don't put your passwords, customer lists or private business data into AI tools. Content about your business that you ask me to draft may be processed by AI tools with settings that stop it being used for training.

Cookies

The site uses cookies only to keep you signed in, and your browser remembers your light or dark theme. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Records of paid jobs are kept for 5 years, as tax law requires. Uploaded files are deleted 30 days after the job is finished.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time through the contact form or by replying to any email from me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, tell me first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
