›Do we need to meet or talk on the phone?
No. Everything runs through the forms on this site and email. If you'd really like a call, ask.
›Do you use AI?
Yes, for the repetitive parts: first drafts of copy, code and images. I review everything before you see it, and you approve all content before launch. That's why the prices are fixed and low. I never put your passwords or customer data into AI tools.
›Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and you get the files or admin access at handover.
›What do I need to send you?
Your business details, the pages you want, and any logo, photos or text you already have. The form asks for all of it.
›How do I pay?
By card through a secure Stripe link, or bank transfer. Websites are 50% up front and 50% at launch.
›What happens if I stop a monthly plan?
Your site keeps working. You can move hosting to your own account, or keep it with me on the Care Plan.
›What if I'm not happy with the work?
You get two rounds of changes on every website. If something still isn't right, tell me and we'll sort it out. Refunds follow the terms and Australian Consumer Law.
›Where are you?
Victoria, working with businesses anywhere in Australia online. Made-to-order items can be picked up in Frankston or delivered free within about 30 minutes of it.
